What can lead to the cancellation on a CEU training? What should I do if that happens?
Even if all efforts are made to ensure that the training will happen as planned, training can be cancelled due to events out of JLR's control.
What can lead to the cancellation on a CEU training?
- The number of participants isn't high enough. A minimum of 3 subscribers is required for us to give training.
- Environmental factors can also lead to a cancellation of training, for example a power outage caused by a snow storm.
- The Go to Webinar Application is in maintenance and can't be used
- The trainer is sick and unable to perform
- Etc.
What Should I do if the Training I Subscribed to is Cancelled?
Usually, when a CEU training is cancelled, one of our team members will contact you by e-mail to find an alternative date that would work for you, or proceed to a full refund.
