You attended one of our CEU trainings but haven't received your credit yet? Here 's what you should know.
Our trainer usually sends his/her attendees report to OACIQ within the week following the training. Once the report has been submitted to OACIQ, the credit should appear in your file soon.
However, once the report has been submitted, it is the responsibility of OACIQ to allocate the credits to your file, and JLR doesn't have any control on the attribution of CEUs.
Nonetheless, if a month after the training, you still don't have your credit, contact our customer service and they will happily make a follow up with OACIQ.
