In this study, the median prices of single-family homes nearby each commuter train station of the Montreal Metropolitan Region are compared, for the period of January 1st 2015 to October 31st 2018. A short analysis on the impact of proximity on price is also done.

The sale transactions were compiled by JLR from the Quebec Land Register.
