How often are assessment rolls updated?

Municipal assessments are established for a period of 3 years. Our database is therefore updated at the end of the first quarter of each new roll, as soon as it is fully available.

If a property undergoes modifications or is reassessed during the three-year roll, this update is not reflected in our system.
