Will Loose My Inclusions if I Decide to Downgrade My Plan Before The End of My Actual Monthly Plan?

No. If you choose to downgrade your plan before the end of your billing month, your new package will come in effect only at the end of your month.  Therefore, you can continue to fully take advantage of the inclusions you already paid for.
