Can I Get A Refund for a Record or Report That I Ordered in JLR?
Unless a mistake has been made on our part, no refunds will be given for any purchase of data once JLR has delivered and/or permitted access to the data. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment (e.g., a purchase made by credit card will be refunded on the same credit card).
