Does the Technical Issues I Experienced During a Training Will Affect the Allocation of My CEUs?

You arrived to the training a few minutes late or had to quit it for a few minutes due to some technical issues? Here's what you need to know!

Using technology can sometimes cause some technical issues and our Go to Webinar tool isn’t an exception. We are aware that some technical problem might happen to you and can impact the time you log into the training or even can force you to reboot during the presentation. 

We will not take into account those short leave for the allocation of CEUs has this is often out of your control, and ours. However, the duration of the absence needs to stay reasonable. 

Recommendations

To prevent all problems, we highly suggest that you check the system requirements as suggested by Go to Webinar in your confirmation e-mail as soon as you get it.

We also advise you to log in the webinar at least 15 minutes before it begins, so that we can have some time to help you in case of any log in issues.  This way, you won’t miss anything from the training.
