You want to interact with the trainer during a webinar / training? Here's how!
As our trainings are attended by several people, we do not allow you to talk with the trainer to make sure that every participant can follow the training without any distraction. You can, however, use the chat box to interact with the trainer.
Depending on the device you use, the way to the chat box may vary
Click here if you are using a computer

Are you attending the training on a computer?
To contact the trainer during your training, click on the orange arrow located at the top right of your screen and write your question in the appropriate box.
Note: do not use the “raise hand” function, as this feature will not be used during our training.
Are you attending the training on a phone or tablet?
Click on the interrogation point at the top of your screen to type your question.
Note : the interrogation point can be located at a different place depending on your device. Take a look at the print screen below for examples.
