I can't find the link to log in to the webinar. Where can I find it?

You registered for a training/webinar, but haven't received your link to join the session or you can't find it in your mailbox?

When you register for a training or a webinar, you should receive an e-mail with a link to log in the session within few minutes of the completion of your subscription. However, it is possible that this e-mail doesn't reach your mailbox.

Note: you should receive this email at least three times : at the time of the registration, 24 hours before the session and 1 hour before the training begins. 

Here's what to do if you don't receive the email within the same day of your registration or if you can't find it the day of your webinar.

1. In the search bar of your inbox, perform a search for emails sent by formation2@jlr.ca to quickly filter every e-mail sent from that sender, including the one containing your link to login.

2. If the e-mail isn't there, then check your SPAM folder as the email can have been sent there. If that happens, then you should add JLR as a safe sender to allow our e-mail to come in directly in your mailbox and, therefore, avoid missing anything. 

3. If the email is not in your SPAM folder nor in your mailbox, then contact our customer service and one of our representatives will be able to help you.
