I Subscribed to a Training But Haven't Received My Invoice. What Should I Do?

If, after registering to a training, you don't receive your invoice, follow these two simple steps to find it.

Each time you complete a registration to a CEU training, two emails are automatically sent : one by Go to Webinar to give your link to join in the training and one by JLR with your invoice attached. 

Sometimes, however, e-mails do not reach their destination and if you do not receive your invoice, chances are you will not receive your Go to Webinar link either. 

Here's what to do to retrace your invoice and your Go To Webinar URL.

1. Check your SPAM folder. If the emails are sent there, then you need to follow this procedure to add JLR as a Safe Sender.

2. If emails aren't in your SPAM folder, please contact our customer service so that a representative can validate that your subscription has been registered in our systems.  If your registration was completed correctly, our representative will be able to do some research to understand what happened and return your invoice to you once the issue is solved.
