There are four types of lease available in JLR
Lease: a rental contract that sets out the obligations of the landlord to the tenant and vice versa. The lessor undertakes to ensure the enjoyment of the property or land for a period of time, in exchange for rent (price). A lease may be verbal or written.
Registered Lease: a rental agreement published in the Land Register.
Real Estate Lease: a lease on a property (land, construction or building).
Real Estate Lease for over 40 Years: A lease on a property (land, construction or building) for a term of over 40 years.
