There are two types of notice of transfer of ownership
Notice of Transfer of Ownership:
A warning whereby a person brings to the attention of another person the fact that he or she has issued a deed of ownership transfer on the property in question, and that he or she has decided to exercise his or her recourse.
Notice of Transfer of Ownership - School Board:
A warning whereby a person (School Board) brings to the attention of another person the fact that he or she has issued a deed of ownership transfer on the property in question, and that he or she has decided to exercise his or her recourse not to pay school taxes.
