There are two types of Statement of Transmission
Statement of Transmission: a written deed of transfer of a property or of obligations from one estate to another. This deed establishes the facts leading to this transmission (e.g., a person dies and leaves his or her house to his/her son).
Statement of Transmission - Mortgage Debt: a written act to transfer property or obligations from one estate to another. This deed sets out the facts leading to this transmission, which is attributable to non-payment of the mortgage debt, that is, obligations to the lender that were not met.
