I started the session and I can hear the trainer talk, but I can't see the screen. What should I do?

This article will also be useful if you can see the screen but not the trainer.

Make sure that you rscreen is set on the Go to Webinar App and not another webpage. To do so, click on the blue flower icon that appeared after lauching the app located in your task bar.

Note also that it is normal that you don't see the of the trainer when attending training done by JLR. We offer a different type of presentation that is focused on a shared screen. Therefore what you should see is the screen of your training.

If you are in the application, but still can't view the screen of the trainer, contact him/her directly using the chat box.
