I started the session and I can see the screen of the trainer, but I can't hear what he/she says. What should I do?

You are logged into the webinar / training but can't hear the trainer talk? Here's what you can do.

1. The first thing to try is to check that your speakers are connected to your device and that the sound of your computer is on. To make sure that it works, try listening to a Youtube video

2. If  your speakers works, then try clicking on the orange arrow located at the top right of your screen. A window should open. Make sure that, in the Sound Check section, the option selected is Computer audio.

3. If you still don't have sound, contact the trainer to tell him/her. The problem might be on his/her side.

4.  After a few minutes, if you see that the presentation is going forward and you still don't have any sound, reboot the application.

If you are attending a CEU training, not that we will not take into account the short absence for the allocation of credits. If you missed too much of the training, contact us and we will try to work out something with you.

5. Finally, if that still doesn't work, contact our customer service and a representative will try to help you with the issue.
